Anyone ever written a JACOsub timed script stylesheet for a2ps?

This is the format that I occasionally see fan translated scripts, timed
to go along with a foreign film.

The format isn't really complex - I'm just not very creative in terms
of figuring out how to reformat things to make them look 'prettier'.
