[Ada-mode-users] ada_mode_gps_indent works

I've merged o.e.a.stephe-2 to o.e.a, so ada_mode_gps_indent is now
available in the main branch.

ada_mode_gps_indent is an alternate indentation engine using GPS code;
it requires compiling some Ada code.

It can be used as a fallback indentation engine for when ada-wisi fails
due to syntax errors, or as a standalone engine (useful for large files
where ada-wisi is too slow).
