No, it should be there, right in the src/py-wrappers/adonthell/ 
directory. Because when I do a CVS add, it tells me that the file 
already exists in CVS.

Could you check whether it is there on your box? Perhaps SWIG does not 
find it, because there is no -I. option, but I doubt it. It should be 
able to find includes that reside in the same directory, shouldn't it. 
It does here, at least (SWIG 1.3.19).
