I searched a bit myself, but honestly, most of the places I stumbled
across were pretty crappy. One thing that looks quite nice is

They even have a "submit a game" link, unlike many of the others :). 

I'm not sure if there's a place especially for indie RPGs (which would
be cool of course), but I'll keep on looking.
