I thought the way the various short stories interlocked into a longer narrative was fresh, and beyond anything Lovecraft himself attempted.

In last nights series opener in Seattle, they crapped it up and lost the game. Compared to Lovecraft himself, the characters seem more human and more real.
They are handsome, beautifully bound books. Stick to the Del Rey or Arkham House published Lovecraft books.
Plans for future development are made by the ultimate partnership: a collaboration.
So there was a taste of the bogus to this. They know they've been had.
