for those who wonder, what happened to akfquizweb:
Well I still make minor changes to it, but it is already very usable.

It is like cgiquiz written in Perl, but without the exam-mode.

But note that it is licensed under the GNU AGPL version 3.
This means that you have to keep it downloadable if you use it on your
own servers. But I made it easy to do so. It is all in one single file
and this program simply offers itself for download. So you don't have
to do extra work. Just leave that facility intact.
