MusicBox-0.3.0 is released

I'm pleased to release MusicBox-0.3.0.

What's new ?
------------

Cddb:
Change the header files (<Cddb/Cddb.h> rather than <Cddb/CddbProtocol.h>.
Use ISO-Latin1 rather than ASCII for cddb files

Mixer:
Change the header files (<Mixer/Mixer.h> rather than 
<Mixer/MixerProtocol.h>.

ShengGuang:
Install SDLSystem bundle into local domain rather than user domain.

MusicBox:
Support drag-and-drop on various places.
Install bundles into local domain rather than user domain.
A separated playlist window.
Better cddb access control.
Many minor improvement.

Future plan
-----------
I'm thinking to separate the playback control and the main window so that 
user can open multiple main windows for different playlist and use the 
single playback control window on any of them.
