[aspell] Aspell Snapshot (June 22) Now Available

A new shopshot of Aspell is not available.  This snapshot removes the
output of status junk when creating the master word list and add support
for specify which words can be used in the formation of
compounds.  The manual has been updated with institutions of how to use this
new feature (see section 3.4).
