Another nice bundle can be found here:
    http://vgoulet.act.ulaval.ca/en/ressources/emacs
Personally, I prefer to grab EmacsW32 from here:
    http://ourcomments.org/cgi-bin/emacsw32-dl-latest.pl
And install AUCTeX on top of that via MSYS. EmacsW32 is well integrated 
with Windows. The second distribution might be good too. I haven't tried 
it.

Also, you can find newer, compiled versions of Aspell around the web, 
than the one on the official site.
