Yes, my bad for not having checked, I'm still pretty new to Emacs and 
simply forgot about that buffer.

Ispell is the culprit, see below ...  What I don't understand is, it 
used to work, and the path to the ispell binary is defined in my PATH 
variable, so it should be found, right?
