One last candidate might be "ltxdoc".

The \listfiles output would not help much.  AUCTeX looks at the source
code to determine which style support to activate, not at the LaTeX
output.  Something in your file triggers the activation of the shortvrb
support.  This does not necessarily have to be in the mandatory
arguments of \usepackage macros, but could be something else the parser
picks up.
