Have you tried googling that message? It's apparently a warning issued
by Ruby (the programming language). So it seems that some part of your
compilation chaing is using Ruby, producing that warning. Whatever part
that is should be updated to use RbConfig rather than Config. (Which,
from the Google hits I get, seems to be a very simple fix).
