Unfortunately this kind of workaround is ok only for Linux. Under
MSWindows, IMHO there is no such thing as symbolic links --- neither
hard links.

Anyway, I think that the sort of solution which I am proposing would
also make it for the BibTeX issue that Mosè has met.
