[Audio-video] Footer fixes

Could you fix the footer on http://audio-video.gnu.org/video?

The updated date is incorrect, the copyright notice is out of date, and
the "other ways to contact" link is broken.

Should be able to copy something better from the standard gnu.org
footer. Maybe we should even just use that there? Supplemented with a
link to the audio-video Savannah project / mailing list?
