doc: suggest a few more workarounds
* doc/autoconf.texi (Limitations of Usual Tools) <tr>: Mention
that 'redundant' brackets can work around Solaris bug.
(File Descriptors): Mention that {} works as well as () for
silencing file-not-found warnings.
