No (but I did adjust existing Automake code)

[Which files have you changed so far, and which new files have you written
so far?]

I have made changes to these files:
automake.in
lib/depcomp
lib/compile
tests/compile2.test
tests/defs.in

And added this file:
tests/ltar.test

But most of it is not commited (naturally), and I don't know if it will be.
