Hi,
I just tested CVS autoconf on my NetBSD/amd64 -current
workstation and got 2 testsuite failures :
1: Syntax of the shell scripts FAILED (tools.at:54)
156: AC_PROG_SED FAILED (acprograms.at:19)
The first one is already known (previously reported on Tru64 unix) ...
The second one is new. I tracked this one a little and noticed a small
problem in `_AC_FEATURE_CHECK_LENGTH'.
For non-GNU tools, this macro generate some temporary tests files
which does not seems to be cleaned anywhere ?
The attached patch seems to solve this problem.
Hope this helps,
Regards.
NB: Full testsuite.log attached too.
