AC_PACKAGE_NAME configure AC_PACKAGE_VERSION
generated by GNU Autoconf AC_ACVERSION

I prefer the last because the former seem to suggest that there is a
"configure" program (and this particular configure program happens to be
coming from AC_PACKAGE_NAME).  Since all configure programs are different,
maybe they should all have different names?
