Well, you need
1) A more recent autoheader
2) A complete call to AC_DEFINE:
AC_DEFINE(SYMBOL, VALUE, DOCUMENTATION)
So it's
AC_DEFINE(FOO, 1, [Define if you prefer foo over bar.])
Basically, autoheader doesn't know what documentation comment
to insert in config.h.in.
