I think I've found a bug

If I run autoscan it puts the line in my configure.scan

AC_CONFIG_HEADER([config.h])

but when I check the documentation, the macro AC_CONFIG_HEADER is not
listed, but AC_CONFIG_HEADERS (note the extra S on the end) is
documented. 

I guess this must be a bug, or perhaps not.
