Yes.  And maybe we should add an "NG-PHILOSOPHY" file stating what are the
main purposes and motivation of Automake-NG, and its new APIs and design
principles.

(Hmm... the TODO list is growing longish already ...  maybe we need a
debbugs-based tracker dedicated to Automake-NG to help us tracking bugs
anf feature requests?  address@hidden likely ...)
