This has init.m4 and auxdir.m4 relying on autoconf 2.50.
That way, we don't need to set CDPATH, and we can use
@address@hidden  Also, I think this also removes the
need for AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE to AC_SUBST EXEEXT and OBJEXT.
Use $(PATH_SEPARATOR), not ':' in lib/am/texibuild.am.

        * lib/am/texibuild.am: Use $(PATH_SEPATOR) to set up TEXINPUTS.
        * m4/auxdir.m4: Require autoconf 2.50; don't set CDPATH.
        * m4/init.m4: Require autoconf 2.50; don't set CDPATH, and don't
        substitute EXEEXT or OBJEXT.
