Everything.  There's no support for generating installcheck tests
automatically as it is done for check (no check_tests, for example).  One
would need to duplicate the check code for installcheck (as I did for pdf
vs. dvi).

However installcheck is of dubious utility, I don't think that the result is
worth the effort.  I'd rather have in the GNU Coding Standards that there
must be a way to execute programs so that they behave like they would do
after installing (see wrappl and wrapsh in Autoconf, which create a wrapper
script that sets up perllibdir appropriately and then spawn the script
proper).
