A quick follow up...

EXTRA_libcryptopp_la_DEPENDENCIES listing the objects worked for Linux
and OS X, but not Solaris. For Solaris I needed to drop the leading
`EXTRA`, and use just `libcryptopp_la_DEPENDENCIES`.
