What are you using as a power supply...? How much current are the pins supposed to be sourcing?

Its a standard 7805 circuit..The pins are driving BC557 (PNP) transistor bases via 4k7 base resistors. And the emitters are connected to Vcc.

Hi,
I just noticed this on a m8535 project I'm debugging.. I have a PORTC pin as o/p, programmed high. But when I switch a neighbouring port line, the other drops from 5V to 3.7V, also it seeems to be slowly oscillating from 3.7V to 5v. I tried external pullups etc. but to no effect. Does any one have a clue?
 Thanks,
