Try the older doc's, such as for the origonal avr-isp, or the origonal
jtagice.  Basically, you hook up to the SPI port and the reset pin, as
well as vcc/gnd, except on some devices (m128) which use the UART0
pins instead of spi.  It should be hidden in the "serial memory
programming" section of the mega48 datasheet somewhere also.
