This is not a new question.
The answers are propably too obvious - here is just an example:

1. connect the serial port of the AVR to the modem,
2. connect the modem to the telephone line.
3. connect the pc's modem to some other telephone line.
4. let the AVR initiate a call to the pc by calling it's number
(using i.e. the modem's hayes command set) and wait for a "CONNECT".
5. send/receive data.

It's difficult to help you, when you don't exactly explain what you did
already and where you ran into a problem.
Try to improve your email style (subject, syntax, grammar, punctuation)
at least a bit to motivate others to answer you.
