I'm not sure - but it looks like the special is gone now.
I just searched Digikey again with "atmel stk500" like I
think I did before and it's not there now.
I ordered one of the STK500 + Dragon kits within milliseconds
of the first announcement on this list and (supposedly) one
is on its way to me. Scheduled for Friday delivery.
