Looks to be done and past. The JTAGICE-2 (ATJTAGICE2-ND) is up to
$317.87 by itself.
Didn't see a Dragon listed under Atmel Emulators, but a search for
DRAGON eventually got to the right place, ATAVRDRAGON-ND for $51.87.
