You will probably have to use an older version of winavr (try the one from December 2007). The latest one seems to have issues with it.

İ have usbasp programmer. but it will never work.The usbasp driver installed fine and i can see the programmer in the device manager.But when i use winavr and avrdude both of them i got this error and for two weeks i couldnt solve it.
