This is just the nature of how Programmers Notepad (a Windows program) captures 
the output of a command-line program. I don't know if anything else can be 
done. For further help, it would be best to contact the author of Programmers 
Notepad, Simon Steele. Programmers Notepad is also a project on SourceForge: 
sf.net/projects/pnotepad.
