Are you sure, that parameter DCONFIG_DIR=\"/usr/local/etc\" is correct? I suppose that in Windows there should be different folder. Try to look at makefile, there could be some "switch" option for Windows.

Hi !

I am compiling avrdude-5.11 with patch 7321 (both patches) for "USBasp" programmer on mingw for windows, its giving me this error
