[avr-gcc-list] New avr-libc and uisp releases

Hi,

after a long time, I've just made new releases of avr-libc and uisp,
available on my own server (that's why I've been quiet for so long ;)

Very few changes I'm afraid.  uisp now supports the parallel cable
described at http://www.bsdhome.com/avrprog/ and attempts to support
parallel port access using FreeBSD ppi driver (completely untested).

Please also report any problems with this server to me.  The old
archive at http://www.itnet.pl/amelektr/avr/ will exist for some time
but will not be updated.  (Actually I was going to upload these new
files there too, but the box is refusing ssh connections right now.)
