[avr-gcc-list] Re: New Win32 binaries for testing

Hi Gunnar,

I would love to help with the testing. I downloaded those two files and
although the compiler runs and states it is version 3.1, they are missing
the libraries and include files. Is there something I need to do first? If
so let me know the steps.
