Hi Dale, Thorsten et al.

I should have seen it coming ;-)
While I'm using the programmer daily for my 8515, 2313 and mega103
needs, it's not complete. There's currently no fuse support at all, as I'm
not using this.
The plan was ofcourse to put all the bells and whitsles in it, but I never
felt the need.

Let me shine it up a bit and document a few things, and I'll then put it on
my web-site. You can then use it "as is".
