UltraEdit32 does all this, and a lot of more, but it isn't free, too.
But I'm very happy with it. Syntax highlighthing for HTML, C, Java,
AVR-ASM(!) and many others, Hex-Editor, compare function, macros,
(simple?) FTP, projects, ...
