[avr-gcc-list] has any one used AVR Studio v4.06 with Mega128

I'm using AVR Studio v4.06 and AVR GCC v3.2 and JTAGICE.  I was wondering if
any one has had problems.  I having one that when I Reset I can set a break
point right before me call to initialize I/O (my first function call) I
single step into the function and go into function but when I return I go to
la. la. land.  I've tried this in simulator mode and I don't have any
problem.

Has any one experienced this?????
