[avr-gcc-list] What are the predefined #defines?

I have to write some code that can be compiled with either IAR (not my idea to 
use it) or AVR-GCC.

IAR has some predefined #defines that tell the compiler and its version 
(#define __IAR_SYSTEM__, #define __VERS__).

Are there equivalents in AVR-GCC?
