[avr-gcc-list] "Win"AVR for Linux

Hello!

Is there any package like winavr for linux. The package should include
- an emualator/debugger that doesn't need any special hardware like JTAG(like
in AVR-Studio for Windows)
- a programming software (like PonyProg for Win)
- an IDE for Programming (like AVR-Studio or even better like Delphi)
- a GUI for the Debugger.
(- the avr-gcc-compiler)

If such a package doesn't exist please tell me what programs i can use so the
things described above.
