That does look like the problem.

Your path has:

/usr/local/avr/lib/gcc-lib/avr/3.3/../../../../avr/lib/
or
/usr/local/avr/avr/lib/

but your previous post says: /usr/local/avr/lib/crts8535.o

I'd try another avr-gcc ./configure with no extra options.
