[avr-gcc-list] determining page size for system reprogramming..

I was wondering if there was a #define which defines the page size for 
the various microcontrollers that support self-reprogramming?  That's 
the only uC specific variable that I have hardcoded into my bootloader, 
and I'd like to generalize the code before releasing it.
