Usually, I access the device through the parallel
port, and use the following command:
uisp -dprog=dapa --erase.. or whatever
But with this version, it gives the following error:
An error has occurred during the AVR initialization.
* Target status:
Vendor Code = 0xff, Part Family = 0xff, Part Number
= 0xff
Probably the wiring is incorrect or target might be
`damaged'.
If I change it to
uisp -dprog=dapa --erase -dpart=atmega128
it doesn't give errors, but the fuses (in terminal
mode) are all wrong.. everything is displayed as 0xff.
In fact, even if the device is turned OFF, it doesn't
give any errors, but the entire flash reads 0x00, and
the fuses too.
Is this a commonly seen problem?
