I try both AVR Studio 4.0 and avrdude, but the result is the same. Both tools 
report sucess transfer and no errors.
 
I using ATmega128, and project is an device for station announcing (GPS 
location -> stations list -> MP3 player to play announcment -> sound is stored 
on MMC card, ...)

How are you programming your device, i.e. which tool are 
you using? Is the download successful?

What processor? What are you trying to
do?
