Thanks for doing this.

Note that the GCC developers will probably want the testcase ran through the 
preprocessor. See this for more info: <http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html>

Also, if you happen to know which 3.4 snapshot that progmem *was working*, then 
please put that in the bug report too. That will help the developers to narrow 
down which patch broke the progmem attribute.
