Jörg and all,

Well, 'info stabs' opens the info page for stabs. But that wasn't actually 
what I meant. I doubt that any of the documentation I would find on stabs 
mentions anything about .stab section NOT being transfered to the target 
device. Therefore I thought that adding the two lines you wrote about the 
sections would clear the situation in embedded systems.
