No, you have missed the point.  What is the SOURCE 
impedance of the things driving the ADC pins?  In 
other words, what is the resistance value of the 
potentiometer you have connected to the ADC pin?
Do you have a 0.1uF decoupling cap on the ADC pin
where the potentiometer is connected?
