[avr-gcc-list] linux build-crossgcc.sh script available

I don't if anyone is using linux here.  I have added the avr as a target to the
buikd-crossgcc.sh.  It now builds binutils-2.14, avr-libc-1.03, and avr-gcc
the pre-release of gcc, gcc-3.4-20040324, available from
ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/snapshots/gcc-3.4-20040324 .  Earlier released
versions of gcc have a bug and won't compile for avr.  I expect it to continue
to work for following versions of gcc. The script is available at
ftp://ftp.corner.chello.at/build.crossgcc.sh .  The resulting setup seems to
build avr code developed on windows with avr.gcc without a problem.
