Hi,

If you download WinAVR from http://sourceforge.net/projects/winavr it should
include everything you need. The file avr-objcopy which is responsible for
ELF / COFF conversion should be in \WinAVR\bin.
After installation, follow the instruction of README, you can add command
Make Extcoff in the Programmers Notepad.
