[avr-gcc-list] Simulavr++ public tgz file online now

Hi all,

we discussed a lot about simulavr++ and how to develop it on which cvs 
host the last days.
Here is a first tgz for you:

That is not the current source tree because we (Bill & me) need some
merges before a actual copy would apear.

In hope that in this older version are not to much bugs :-) I really 
dont know
how old this sources are... I will try to do our merge in the actual 
week and
we have a new tgz at the end of the week.
