Well, the bootloader itself (the thing that goes on the AVR) is
unrestricted, so use where you want -- commercial included. The
avreflash is GPL'ed, but it's only the PC program used to do the
reflashing. You can use it as it is in a commercial setting, but if you
add to (or modify) the code, then that resulting code is also under the GPL.
I set it up this way so as not to limit it's use in commercial settings.
